Kirwa, et al. v. United States Department of Defense et al., Civil Action No. 17-1793
U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia
Defendants’ bi-weekly reporting regarding their compliance with the preliminary injunction requiring the provision of N-426s for class members is due every two weeks. The next class wide report was due on January 4, 2019, however on December 26, 2018 the Court ordered that the governments’ deadline be “stayed pending restoration of appropriations to the Department of Justice, and the next biweekly status report shall be due on the later of 1/4/19 at 12:00 p.m. or at 12:00 p.m. the next Wednesday following the restoration of such appropriations.”
